Issuance on the Bitcoin blockchain
Verified holders only
We never hold client keys
We plan the Bitcoin issuance on the rails of Utexo.
The product
A console for your team. A portal for your holders
Your team runs the issuance from a console. Holders verify, hold and take their income in a portal of their own. Key actions pass an approval step.
How it works
From your asset to a Bitcoin issuance, in five steps
You bring the asset and the decisions. We bring the structure, the technology and the process.
You
Answer a few short questions about the asset, its income and the holders you want, then take a 30-minute call.
Bitteko
Checks whether a Bitcoin issuance fits your goal, and says so plainly if it does not.
You
Answer our questions and share the key documents.
Bitteko
Writes your issuance plan: the structure, the holder rules, the protocol options, the payout path, the steps and our price.
You
Agree the offering terms with your counsel and approve them in your console.
Bitteko
Turns the terms into token rules and sets up the issuance on the Bitcoin protocol that your plan names.
You
Invite your holders, or bring a distributor who does.
Bitteko
Runs identity and company checks through a verification provider, records each verified holder and runs the offering flow, from commitment to allocation.
You
Fund each distribution from the asset’s income.
Bitteko
Takes a holdings snapshot, opens the income claim for your holders and keeps the record for your reports.

One 30-minute call. A written plan with the structure, the rules and our price.
It can be either, and your issuance plan says which. Some token protocols carry tokens in Bitcoin’s own transactions. A federated sidechain such as Liquid runs its own chain, pegged to bitcoin, with mature tools for regulated assets and a different trust model. On the call, we set out the trade-offs for your case: who validates the record, which wallets work and what your holders need to do.
The one that fits your issuance. We assess the Bitcoin token protocols, for example Taproot Assets, RGB and the Liquid Network, against your rules, your holders’ wallets and the way income should move. Our CTO signs off the choice, and your issuance plan explains it. We do not push one protocol for every case.
It depends on your structure. Holders can hold through a licensed custody partner, or in their own wallet if it supports the chosen protocol and your offering rules allow it. Either way, a holder passes verification before they can hold. Your issuance plan sets the options for your holders.
Your issuance plan fixes it. The options on Bitcoin rails include bitcoin on chain, a stablecoin on Bitcoin rails and, with some protocols, payments over Lightning. In every case, a holdings snapshot fixes each holder’s share, and the holder takes it with the income claim. We choose the settlement asset with you, from the asset’s income, your holders and the law of your offering.
Bitcoin has no EVM-style smart contracts, so the rules sit in the token protocol and at the point where a transfer is checked and signed. Holders pass identity or company checks first. Then every transfer is checked against your rules: who may hold, who may receive, holding limits and lock-ups. How each check is enforced depends on the protocol, and your issuance plan sets it out.
No. Bitteko holds no licence from any regulator, and nothing on this site is an offer of a token or an investment. We provide tokenization technology and the process around it. Where your offering needs a licensed issuer, distributor or custodian, your issuance plan names that role and who must fill it under the law of your offering. We do not give legal advice.
Not us. The real asset stays with the company that owns it under your structure. Our custody model keeps client keys with a licensed custody partner, or with holders themselves where your rules allow it. We never hold a client’s private key. Your issuance plan names the custody set-up.
Your issuance plan gives dated steps after the first calls. The timeline depends on your legal structure, the work of your counsel, the verification of your holders and the protocol. We do not quote a date before we know those four things.
We price each issuance after the first call, because the asset, the structure and the protocol decide the work. There is no public price list. You get a written issuance plan with the scope, the steps and the price before you commit to anything.
Only where your offering terms and the law allow it, and only to verified holders. We run no trading venue. If your offering needs a resale route, your issuance plan sets out how it would work and which licensed party would provide it.
