Who we are
This policy explains how Bitteko (“we”, “us”) handles personal data on bitteko.com. Bitteko plans the tokenization of real-world assets with companies that own them.
For any question about your data, write to [email protected].
What we collect
When you fill in the request form, we collect:
- your work email and your agreement to this policy, from the first step;
- your answers about your goal and your asset, such as its type, value range, location, timeline and how it earns;
- your name, company, role, phone or WhatsApp number and message, from the last step;
- whether you want occasional Bitteko news.
We save the form after each step, so we receive the answers you give even if you do not finish it.
With the request we also record where your visit came from: the page, the referring site, campaign tags (UTM), ad click identifiers (gclid, fbclid, li_fat_id), the version of the home page you saw and the time of each save.
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity record how you use the site: the pages you visit, clicks, scrolling, your device and browser, and your approximate location. Clarity can replay a session; form fields are masked in those replays.
If you write to us or book a call, we receive what you send us. Calls are booked through Microsoft Bookings.
Why we use it
- To answer your request, prepare for the call and stay in touch about it. We rely on the steps you ask us to take before any agreement, and on our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it, only with your consent to analytics cookies.
- To send occasional Bitteko news, only if you ask for it. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.
How long we keep it
We keep a request for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we start working together, and then for as long as the work and the law require.
Google Analytics keeps usage data for 14 months. The answers kept in your browser are deleted when your request is sent.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your personal data, to limit how we use it, or to send it to you in a common format. You can object to our use of it and withdraw your consent at any time; for cookies, use Cookie settings at the foot of every page.
Write to [email protected], and we reply within one month. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the site or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
